FRENEY XT GV Asolo <br />Summer 2015

ALPINE > CLIMBING > Freney Xt Gv

Freney Xt Gv, is the new lightweight mountaineering boot in the Alpine Climbing line of Asolo and, with its 640gr, it is among the lightest products ever within its usage.

Freney occupies the highest level between the boots for technical use in the mountains, via ferrata and speed climbing on both ice and mixed.

The shoe features an innovative sole, which allows the use of semi-automatic crampons, a new, lightweight and performant upper in Schoeller® and some devices on the closure system, to ensure a better distribution of strengths. The new Vibram® Mulaz sole – one of the strengths of this boot – provides maximum grip on any terrain, wear resistance and great versatility of use. The toe ensures accuracy during ascents, while the outer areas transfer the energy applied to the soil. The reinforced heel protects the foot during the steepest descents; finally, the self-cleaning channels provide quick removal of debris under the sole. The other great strength of Freney is the Duo Asoflex® insole, created with a bottom layer of carbon fiber that reduces weight and another layer realized in EVA on the top that ensures cold insulation and cushioning. Ice, rock, and mountains are its natural elements: Freney is the boot that walks you to the top. This model weighs 640 grams (half pair, size 8 UK) and it is available in black-silver.
