MTR 141 LIGHT Mammut <br />Summer 2016

Trail running places demands on the entire body. As well as coordination, endurance and strength, running on pathless terrain also calls for concentration. Which explains trail runners’ demanding standards for their equipment. A trail running backpack needs to sit perfectly on the back, fit without friction, have enough space for all the essential items and at the same time be both light and breathable. Mammut’s MTR models meet all these requirements and more besides…

With the MTR 141 Light, Mammut has developed an extremely light trail running backpack, combining a 7-liter volume with a weight of just 265g, still providing sufficient space for long and intensive runs. In addition to its low weight, the MTR 141 Light also impresses with its secure and stable fit. The body-hugging and friction-free Base Fit design is a guarantee of high comfort. VENtech™ technology materials have been selected to create a trail running backpack that is both highly breathable and quick-drying. The MTR 141 Light is also equipped with two pockets for water bottles on the shoulder strap, a stowable hip belt, two adjustable chest straps and a pole carrier. Slide-in compartments on the shoulder strap to hold small items and mesh pockets on the sides provide handy storage solutions. The reflective prints increase safety in the dark. An elastic drawstring at the front to secure items such as a jacket rounds off the picture. All combining to make this featherweight the perfect companion for demanding trail runners.
