US magazine Overland Journal awarded the Zamberlan 1025 Tofane NW GTX RR with its Editor’s Choice and Best Value. One of the reason for the choice, as the review says, is that “if you were to take the best attributes of the best boots in the world, and put them into one product, you’d have the Tofane”.
Value Award is not easy to understand for a high end product, but the Editor clarifies it with a note on the page: the welted construction, which allows resoling, gives decades and decades of reliability to this products.
