This year’s Summit will focus on the theme: The Outdoor Industry – Redefining Boundaries and the EOG is pleased to announce Summit keynote speakers, CHRIS DOYLE, Executive Director Europe & Central Asia for Adventure Travel Trade Association and JAMIE ANDREW OBE, Amputee Mountaineer.

Chris presents the keynote ‘Forging New Paths: Accessing Gear-hungry, Passport-wielding Adventure Travellers.’

During this period of disruption, disintermediation and morphing of traditional supply chains for both the outdoor gear manufacturing and adventure tourism industries – compounded by the rising trend of humans’ increasing detachment from nature, leaders who lean in with fresh eyes, shatter existing paradigms, seek strategic solutions in unexpected places, and release their imaginations will be better positioned to break through, and access new, profitable and sustainable frontiers.  Find our more about Chris HERE

An incredible and inspiring individual, Jamie Andrew is the first quadruple amputee in the world to have climbed The Matterhorn in Switzerland, the first to climb Kilimanjaro in Africa, the first to complete a Marathon and the first to complete an Iron Man Triathlon. His story is quite simply one of the most gripping and inspiring you will encounter! Find out more about Jamie HERE

The EOS 2019 will take place at Congress Centre, Kursaal Interlaken. Located in the heart of Switzerland, Interlaken is within easy reach by public transport from Bern, Zurich, Basel and Geneva airports.  Keynotes and breakout presentations will look at the importance of outsourcing strategies, which will lead to workforces being a combination of both internal and external specialists. Combining this with establishing collaborative relationships with other industries, competitors and communities will provide experience, economies of scale, creativity and diversity.
