New headquarters and integrated welfare to strengthen the competitiveness of doing business in the mountains Ziano di Fiemme (TN). La Sportiva, a leading company in the production and distribution of technical apparel and footwear for mountain sports, closes 2025 consolidating its growth path and further strengthening investments in people, infrastructure and local communities.  Rooted at the foot of the Dolomites, the company now counts more than 800 employees worldwide, including 540 at its headquarters in Ziano di Fiemme (TN), confirming a development model built in close connection with the Val di Fiemme area.

2025 financial results

As of December 31, 2025, La Sportiva confirms its solid performance, achieving positive results despite a global context marked by geopolitical uncertainty, a slowdown in the outdoor market and unfavorable currency dynamics. The company closes the year with consolidated revenues of €213 million. Growth was driven by a strategy focused on strengthening direct markets, deepening the relationship with consumers and continuous product innovation, alongside an increasingly structured presence within outdoor communities and key markets. At the same time, La Sportiva launched an investment plan of over €20 million aimed at enhancing company infrastructure, internal services, and welfare and training programs. This reflects a clear long-term vision and a continued commitment to investing in the company’s development, its people and its territories, even in a complex and uncertain macroeconomic environment.

New headquarters in Ziano di Fiemme

Among the company’s strategic investments is the new headquarters currently under development in Ziano di Fiemme, conceived as an expansion of the existing campus and scheduled for completion in 2027. The new HQ will cover a total area of 8,568 sqm, including 1,540 sqm of built space and a 2,720 sqm underground level, of which 2,466 sqm will be dedicated to parking. The project will integrate new workspaces and production areas with facilities designed for employees, including an indoor climbing gym that reflects the brand’s sporting and cultural identity.
The addition of underground parking will also help improve employee wellbeing while significantly reducing pressure on parking availability in the Ziano industrial area, generating benefits for the broader local production ecosystem. This investment further confirms La Sportiva’s intention to continue developing its presence in Val di Fiemme, expressing a long-term vision and tangible confidence in the future of the company, Made in Italy and the local territory.

Corporate welfare as a strategic lever for people

Alongside infrastructure investments, La Sportiva continues to develop a corporate welfare strategy that combines wellbeing, training and professional growth. In 2025 alone, the company delivered over 10,000 hours of training, involving more than 360 employees in technical, managerial, soft skills and financial education programs.
The welfare program also includes health insurance, meal vouchers, flexible working arrangements, after-school activities for employees’ children and performance-based bonuses. These initiatives are complemented by sports and outdoor activities such as climbing, yoga, ski touring and cross-country skiing, as well as opportunities to engage with the brand’s athletes. La Sportiva also encourages employees to take part in sponsored sporting events, fostering a strong and engaged internal community.

delladioMobility for people and territory

Mobility initiatives are also an integral part of the company’s welfare strategy. Since July 1, 2023, La Sportiva has introduced a shuttle bus service connecting Trento and Val di Fassa to its Ziano di Fiemme facility through three dedicated routes. Developed in response to a concrete and shared need, the service is now used daily by more than 110 employees, with tangible benefits in reducing CO₂ emissions, easing traffic congestion in the industrial area and improving safety in commuting. This initiative combines individual wellbeing with environmental responsibility, generating value both for employees and the local community, and contributing to a saving of over 1 million kilometers* per year.

(*The calculation is based on actual shuttle usage days by individual users and the distance between each stop and the Ziano headquarters.)

“In a challenging global geopolitical context, La Sportiva’s positive results confirm the strength of our path and the consistency of the choices we have made over time. Our long-term vision remains our guiding principle and directs investments in people, in our territory, and in the development of increasingly innovative and technical products, always keeping our identity and product quality at the core. In a unique local context such as Val di Fiemme, where business and community are deeply interconnected, we continue to invest to demonstrate that doing business in the mountains is both a viable and competitive choice. Infrastructure, welfare and a strong focus on people remain key pillars of a development model that looks to the future of both the company and the territory, with the aim of continuing to attract and welcome new talent,” said Lorenzo Delladio, President and CEO of La Sportiva.
