VAUDE is further expanding its successful Recycled Collection, which has featured stylish bags made from recycled materials since 2008. Starting April 2015, three new bags will join these elusive ranks, and with many existing models will be available in a selection of stylish colors.
Recycling is the way to go and save resources while getting there! VAUDE has been offering the Recycled Collection for 6 years and continues to remain true to its recycling maxim in 2015 as well. This is why the collection will be stocked up to contain an additional three new models bearing the PET to their names. The bags’ manufacturing saves 30 to 50 perc
ent energy use as compared to conventional manufacturing. Add to that a 50 percent reduction in CO2 emissions and a complete, 100% reduction in fossil fuel (oil) use, with less waste as well, and you have all the purchasing arguments you need. The new pieces are made in accordance with the stringent bluesign environmental standard, comparable to a tough purity law for top eco quality. Only materials that pose no potential harm to either humans or the environment are used in this process.
