Transpelmo 2019: waiting for Sunday
1st of September.

Ater the rainy edition of 2018, in which the organisation had to choose the variant route due to the prohibitive weather conditions (cancelled the passage to 2.476 meters at forcella Val d’Arcia), the Transpelmo organising team is already at work to set up the edition 2019.

At Palafavera (Val di Zoldo, Belluno – Italy), the starting and arrival place of the race around one of the most suggestive peaks of the Dolomites, Mount Pelmo, the competition is fixed as usual for the first weekend of September. Compared to this year, in which the race was conducted on Saturday, in 2019 the traditional date will come back: so the appointment with runners is set for Sunday 1 September.

We went back to work for the 12th edition, an edition that we hope it can return to propose the original trail of 18 km and with 1300 meters of elevation gain, climbing up to the Val d’Arcia“, the organisers Andrea Cero and Eris Costa explained. “We will maintain the original format, as we will still propose the race for children, anyway there could be some exciting news”.
