For the tenth time we are announcing the opening of registration for Matterhorn Ultraks race. This opening is set for Thursday 11 November at 10:10 am.

For the tenth time, because despite the severe health constraints that have marked the last few years, our race has always taken place.

For the tenth time in 2022, the best sykrunners in the world will meet in August at the foot of the Matterhorn for a weekend of high-flying skyrunning and for the tenth time several hundred amateurs will set out to achieve the goal of a race, a season or a lifetime.

Because you, the runners, are the real driving force behind the Matterhorn Ultraks.

To thank you, and in keeping with the Matterhorn Ultraks’ tradition of innovation, we would like to offer you a new and exceptional race: the “VERTINIGHT”, a 6.3 km night-time Vertical Kilometre from Zermatt to Schwarzsee.

This will remind the older ones of the Matterhornlauf which, after thirty years of races, gave way in 2013 to the Matterhorn Ultraks.

When you register, you will also be able to purchase one or more exclusive souvenirs of this tenth edition:

The t-shirt personalised with the colours of your race and with your name (delivery April 2022)
The 10th edition bracelet (delivery with your bib number)

Before concluding, and in the interests of transparency, we would like to inform you that, as in recent years, no special actions will be offered on the occasion of Black Friday.
